A new storage solution for snow and ice contractors has been introduced by Western Products. The new line of all-weather containers bring on-site storage closer to the action.

Western Products, manufacturer of WESTERN® snow removal and ice control equipment, has released a new line of all-weather storage containers. The versatile containers will be available in four sizes, including 3, 6, 12 and 18 cubic feet.
“We’re thrilled to add a secure storage solution to our line of products,” said Seth Bergerud, Product Manager of Parts & Accessories for Western Products. “These containers will increase efficiency for our customers and their crews by bringing the storage of salt, supplies, tools, or PPE closer to where they are needed and protect the items from theft.”
Applications
The storage containers can be used for a variety of storage applications including, rock salt for winter cleanup, PPE and oil dry for shops and maintenance centers, bulk item storage for manufacturing facilities and much more.
Construction
The all-weather storage containers are made of high-density, UV-protected polyethylene. This construction provides a container to users that is weather-resistant, lightweight and noncorrosive.
Fork Pockets
The larger 6, 12, and 18 cu ft models come with molded-in fork pockets to make moving the containers easier with a fork lift when fully loaded.
Lockable Lids
Each storage container has a molded-in closure that can be secured with an extended shank padlock to protect the contents.
Molded-In-Handle
The molded-in handle on each container makes the lid lift off easily for users wearing bulky gloves in cold temperatures.
Accessories
The black molded non-corrosive poly scoop is the ideal companion to any of the storage containers, especially when used for storing de-icing materials, salt and sand.
