At the annual SIMA Snow and Ice Symposium in Pittsburgh, Fisher Engineering, renowned for its leadership in snow and ice control equipment, presented its latest advancements in the field: the STORM BOXX™ HX Hydraulic-Wing Pusher Plow and the TEMPEST™ Poly Hopper Spreader.

The STORM BOXX HX Hydraulic-Wing Pusher Plow transforms skid steers, loaders, and backhoes into powerful snow-clearing machines. Its hydraulic, independently-controlled wings offer multiple configurations within a 180-degree range, adapting to various obstacles. The cutting-edge TRACE™ technology ensures the plow adjusts to surface contours, providing a clean scrape and consistent performance.
Meanwhile, the TEMPEST Poly Hopper Spreader represents a leap forward in de-icing technology. It offers two distinct material delivery systems: the HELIXX™ shaftless auger system for precise rock salt application, and the robust pintle chain conveyor system for heavier materials like sand or salt/sand mixes. The optimized hopper geometry ensures smooth material flow and even spreading. An array of accessories, including the Trilogy Defense Pre-wet and Direct Liquid Application System, enhances the spreader’s versatility, allowing for spreading, pre-wetting, or direct liquid application.
